These terms explain when a ZKAuth subscription can be cancelled and when a payment may be eligible for refund.
Last updated · August 2026
This policy applies to paid ZKAuth subscriptions purchased through our authorized checkout. Free accounts do not incur subscription charges. Enterprise contracts may include separate written billing terms.
You may request a refund of your first paid subscription charge within 14 calendar days of the charge. We also review duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges when they are reported promptly.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after a new billing period begins, except where applicable law or our merchant of record requires otherwise. Accounts suspended for fraud, abuse, or a material violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a discretionary refund.
You can cancel from the hosted billing portal available in the ZKAuth dashboard. When supported by the provider, you may cancel at the end of the current billing period or cancel immediately.
End-of-period cancellation keeps paid access active until the stated renewal date and prevents the next charge. Immediate cancellation ends paid entitlements when the provider confirms the cancellation. Cancellation by itself does not create a refund.
Contact support@zkauth.dev from the email address on the billed account. Include the invoice or payment reference and a short reason for the request. Do not send card numbers or authentication secrets. You can also use the support portal.
Approved refunds are sent through our merchant of record to the original payment method. Provider and bank processing times vary. Any taxes, currency conversion, and receipt updates are handled through the original payment record.
